Accord Hybrid

The 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid builds on an old favorite, and along with many of the hybrid vehicles in the Honda lineup, it’s now available. It arrives offering:

  • A lower Starting Price
  • Added Trim Levels
  • Improved Interior Dimensions
  • Superior Safety as Standard

As the hybrid version of 2018 North American Car of the Year*, it was always going to stand out, but Honda of Kirkland is stunned by just how far this efficient Honda Accord Sedan has come.

Hybrid Honda Accord Sedan: Price and Trims

If the price of a hybrid sedan has put you off in the past, the 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid should make you reconsider. The new MSRP starts at $25,100**, which works out to a $4,505 drop compared to the previous model.

Beyond stretching your money further, the new Honda Accord Hybrid delivers a greater array of options. Five available trim levels now include:

  • Hybrid Base
  • EX
  • EX-L
  • EX-L Navi
  • Touring

You’ll be better able to suit your hybrid’s features around your own needs and wants.

2018 Honda Accord Hybrid Powertrain

Giving the 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid its pep is a 3rd generation two-motor hybrid powertrain. It pairs a 2.0L DOHC i-VTEC® Atkinson-cycle inline-4 engine to an electric propulsion motor for:

  • 212 hp
  • 232 lb-ft of torque

The new steering wheel-mounted deceleration selectors allow you to easily toggle between four levels of regenerative braking performance. Whether you’re commuting to work at Microsoft, or simply cruising to Redmond, expect 47 mpg*** in the city and 47 mpg*** on the highway.

Honda Accord Hybrid Space and Features

The new intelligent power unit (IPU) is 32% smaller than the previous version, and the wheelbase is 2.16 inches longer. That provides room for a 60/40-split rear seat and allows for:

  • 16.7 Cubic Feet of Cargo Space
  • 122.3 Cubic Feet of Interior Space
  • 40.4 Inches of Rear Legroom

That’s more space without burning more fuel, and you’ll even find the following Honda Sensing® technologies as standard:

  • Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow
  • Collision Mitigation Braking System™
  • Road Departure Mitigation
  • Lane Departure Warning
  • Traffic Sign Recognition
