The sales person Mike was great, but the finance lady became vicious and mean after I told her no to the warranty and I made her lower my 6% to 3%. She didn’t show me anything on the paperwork after that I literally had to walk out of the dealership by myself. I went home to figure out when my first payment was, and since I already owned a Honda, I kind of knew what I was looking at. The sales person Mike was great, but the finance lady became vicious and mean after I told her no to the warranty and I made her lower my 6% to 3%. She didn’t show me anything on the paperwork after that I literally had to walk out of the dealership by myself. I went home to figure out when my first payment was, and since I already owned a Honda, I kind of knew what I was looking at. I had signed everything anyways because she was trying to trick me into buying an extended . I lost all privileges after that I was no longer a welcome guest, but hey, I guess that’s part of buying a car. She also tried to trick me by selling the warranty before she told me what my interest percent rate was gonna be.. my credit score is 817. That’s top-tier people don’t back down. Take the very best interest rate you can.
