2021 Honda Pilot Redesign Details
There wasn’t a full 2021 Honda Pilot redesign, but the new Pilot does have several distinct differences from the 2020 model. The changes to the 2021 Pilot include a new standard transmission as well as a new trim package, so keep reading to learn how the 2021 Honda Pilot will change the way you drive.
The 2021 Honda Pilot Changes Its Standard Transmission
One big thing that’s different in the 2021 Honda Pilot as compared to the 2020 model is a 9-speed transmission becoming standard. That was something that used to be available on only the Touring trim level and above, but now it’s something that you get on all trims of the 2021 edition.
The New 2021 Pilot Special Edition
The new trim package that’s been rolled out as part of the 2021 Honda Pilot changes is the Special Edition. It offers impressive amenities to make your drive truly next level, including:
- A wireless phone charger gives you the ability to keep your phone juiced up when you’re out on an adventure, whether in Woodinville or somewhere across the country.
- Roof rails mean you can strap up your gear and head out of here to anywhere life takes you.
- A hands-free power tailgate frees you up to keep your hands on your cargo as you load up your Honda Pilot.
- 20-inch black alloy wheels let you drive in style in Seattle, making you look absolutely phenomenal on the road.
The Honda Pilot Special Edition starts at $38,960 MSRP* and offers some of the most advanced SUV stylings and features on the market today.
